By creating a vetAI account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

vetAI is a communication and record-keeping portal that connects pet owners with the veterinary clinics that care for their pets: pet profiles, medical records, messaging, and appointment scheduling.

vetAI is not a veterinary service and does not provide veterinary care, diagnoses, or emergency treatment. It is a tool used by, or on behalf of, licensed veterinary professionals. Always contact your clinic directly, or an emergency veterinary service, for urgent or emergency situations.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, or to impersonate another person or animal owner.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share (e.g. another person's medical records).
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

You (and, where applicable, your clinic) remain responsible for the accuracy of information entered about you or your pets. vetAI stores and displays this content but does not verify or vouch for its medical accuracy.

How we collect, use, and protect personal data — including the marketing communications you may opt into — is described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms.

You may stop using vetAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or misuses the service.

The service is provided "as is" during this pilot phase, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, vetAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
